Taking spot number 2 on our Top 10 Wine Bars in the US list is West End Wine Bar in Chapel Hill, NC.  The first location in the West End franchise, offers a great variety of wines from all over the world, at all price points.  Even though it is branded as a wine bar, West End also has a great selection of beers as well.

Now a private club (since 2010), Chapel Hill offers both amazing rooftop dining and intimate couch seating indoors.  You can also rent out the venue space for private parties.  If this sounds like you’re kind of bag, I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be, you can join for the low cost of only $1.
