With an amazing wine selection of over 400 bottles, Carneros’s Sommelier (Christopher Sawyer) works with Chef Andrew Wilson to create fabulous matches to their contemporary, hearty menu. Their wine list consists mainly of Sonoma vintners and growers, which also compliments their menu chock full of local ingredients.
The have a spacious dining room, which opens up to an organic garden that they pull produce and herbs for the kitchen from. Talk about fresh!
