Woodinville Wine Country

 

Some parts of a state or country are uniquely situated to produce ideal growing conditions for vintners. While conditions could be poor just a few miles down the road, it just takes a slight change in elevation and climate, soil, and other factors are altered enough to grow grapes that make fabulous wine. Muffins and Wine

Do you know the muffin man? I do, and he’s a she. We’re big on muffins around here. Our local harvest fair competition includes a couple of categories just for the blueberry variety, not to mention the others. I just throw whatever I have into a bowl, add the necessary components, and see what happens with these sweet baked goods. Once you’ve made a few muffins you can do what you like with the flavors.
