Winerackstore.com provides a wide selection of Redwood wine racks and custom wine cellars, custom oak wine cellars and wine related accessories.

We endeavor to ship our goods the next business day or sooner. All purchases are guaranteed for the time they are owned by the original owner. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less a 20% handling restocking charge - see satisfaction guarantee section below.

Winerackstore.com will provide high value products with the best customer service possible. It will do this by using the efficiencies inherent in the Internet.

History
Winerackstore.com was incorporated in 1999 to provide wine racks and goods on the Internet. Prior to this time Internet sales were processed through Cascade Pine Products Inc. During this time of rapid growth our selection of products was expanded to accommodate the many needs of our customers. We recently expanded our warehouses to better service our customers with prompt shipment of our goods.

Low Price Guarantee
Winerackstore.com is extremely proud to offer quality products at great values. Consequently we offer our customers our Low Price Guarantee. If you should find, after purchasing our product, that you can purchase the identical product elsewhere for less, we will pay you the difference between what you paid and the lower price. In order to get the difference you must provide proof of the lower price being available to the public. Proof could be in the form of an advertising flier or web page address or sales receipt.

On-Time Shipping Guarantee
The Wine Rack Store tries to ship on time, all the time. However despite all our efforts, sometimes a product can be late shipping. We want all our customers to feel confident that our goal is to ship every order on time, every time. For this reason, we are offering our customers an "On Time Shipment Guarantee"

If for any reason we do not ship a product 14 days or more after the posted shipment date, the customer may request a one time 15% discount on the sale price of the late shipping product. If the customer's credit card has not been charged at the time of the requested discount, we will charge the credit card less the discount. If the credit card has already been charged, we will refund the 15% discount.

Exceptions to this policy
Any products custom made, altered, stained or lacquered.

Warranties of Electronic Products and Cooling Systems
Warranty duration, claims and all specifics applicable to electronic products, mechanical products and cooling systems are not the responsibility of WineRackStore.com or AmazingUniverse.com Inc. Warranties and guarantees for these products are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. They are also totally responsible for the servicing of their products. We strongly suggest the our customers fully acquaint themselves with all product warranties prior to purchase.

You can shop with confidence at WineRackStore.com. All WineRackStore.com / AmazingUniverse.com Inc. purchases are 100% guaranteed for the time that they are owned by the original purchaser. If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase you are welcome to return it for a refund. All returns and order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking / handling fee. Before returning any product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. To obtain an RMA, please call us toll free at 866.676.4028.
Shipping Costs
Our offer of Free Shipping only applies to select items going to destinations within the continental United States.

Shipping to APO and FPO Destinations
We do not ship to APO/FPO destinations because of loss of products and excessive costs on items that normally ship via FedEx within the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Shipping
WineRackStore.com proudly uses Bongo International for all shipments going to addresses outside of the USA. At checkout cart, please click on the Bongo International icon. You will then be directed to a secure Bongo checkout page where you'll be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment if applicable. Upon completion of you order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then transfer the order to our database for processing. Orders will ship to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will then be forwarded to your international address.

Free CAD Drawing Policy
Our CAD drawing and designing services may be obtained for $100.00 US. This cost covers our initial drawing and up to two (2) changes or revisions made by our customer. The cost of the CAD drawings ($100.00) is applied to the total cost of your custom wine cellar order of over $750.00 at the time of your purchase. The cost of our CAD drawing services ($100.00) is non-refundable and will not be applied to the purchase price on any custom wine cellar or wine rack orders under $750.00. If additional changes or additions to your design are required, we will obtain an additional $100.00 US from our customer, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to the purchase price of your custom wine cellar.

Lay-A-Way Policy
Our Lay-A-Way Plan is easy to use. Simply follow these steps:

Find the items that you are interested in purchasing. Call us toll free at 1-866-676-4028.

Please note the following:
An initial payment of 30% of the order value is required. This money is non-refundable. The balance must be paid in within the following six months. When the outstanding amount is paid, we will ship the order.

At the end of six months (from the day of the sale), if the customer changes their mind or does not pay the remaining balance on the order, the original 30% is not refunded. Anything over the initial payment is refunded back to the customer.

Exceptions to this policy
Refunds are not given on any charges as they relate to staining, lacquering nor on any items made on a custom basis. All return shipments must be prepaid by the purchaser. Any returns that are not prepaid by the purchaser are subject to additional shipping and handling fees that will reduce the refund amount.
