Sidney Ray

As the Administrative Services Supervisor, Sidney Ray, has been with the Wine Rack Store for five years. If a client chooses to phone in the order, chances are they will be speaking directly with Sidney, and can rest assured they are in knowledgeable hands.

Before jointing the company, Sidney held a customer service and administrative responsive position with the state, which made for an easy transition to the WineRackStore.com. Sidney is responsible for being primary contact for customer service "go to", administrative duties, and website up-keep.

When Sidney is not working hard at the office, she loves to be at home, spending time with her husband, son and two dogs or hiking around the beautiful forests and parks of Washington state. She is active in the community and enjoys participating in charity events such as March for Babies.

"Admittedly so, most of the wine in my house was chosen purely because of the catchy name or bottle and is usually enjoyed by guests!" says Sidney. Although allergic to most wines herself, Sidney makes a serious effort to understand the industry and the value of a great bottle.
